We Age Like Wine

I am decaying with vision
But i manage to look at the street
Upon this lady’s elegance
As though we had met in a novel
A pictured fascination
Pleased to have filled my weary eyes

I am vulnerable and grey-haired
But men age like wine
Is this a dream, or the truth
Oh if we had met
When i had my sizzling youth.
